It comes with super widefield optics, polarizer & Analyzer, quintuple nosepiece, 30W wide band voltage (85V-230V) EPI-Kohler illumination, and double-layer mechanical stage with coaxial coarse & fine focusing. This microscope is ideal for studying metallography, heat treatment and metal physics. It is widely used in the inspection of crystal structures, integrated circuits, semiconductor chips, micro-electronics, and etc. It is made by the same technicians and on the same production line that makes optical instruments for Leica, Zeiss, Nikon and Olympus.
